As an Advanced Nurse Specialist – Continuing Healthcare, you will play a key role in leading complex assessments, coordinating care for individuals with highly complex needs, and supporting a dedicated team of CHC nurses across Wiltshire. Key Details
- Base: Flexible across Marlborough, Chippenham, Warminster, or Salisbury
