About the Job:
Our registered nurses work on a rotational shift pattern, including early shifts, late shifts, long days, nights, and weekends. As this role supports a 24/7 service, we are seeking candidates with flexibility to work a range of shifts as required. The successful applicants will play an active role within our multidisciplinary team. You will work alongside Specialty Doctors, therapy staff, volunteers and other vital members of the MDT taking a holistic approach in providing the best possible outcomes for each patient. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Providing support, leadership, recognition and supervision to junior members of staff
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised clinical care for service users
- Using evidence-based practice to develop and maintain high-quality care
- Ensuring that the team provide all care in line with the care plan.
- Helping to organise the admission and discharge of service users
