About the Job:
- Degree or nursing diploma in Adult Nursing and registered with the NMC
- Broad range of clinical experience, ideally surgical experience working across a variety of areas or previous band 5 role
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work to a deadline
- Good communication skills both verbal, written and non verbal
- Ability to work to own limitations and know when to ask for help
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment and adapt to change
- Flexible and able to work across all 3 sites and arrive for the start time of the shift at any site (ideally car driver)
