About the Job:
Your focus as a Registered Nurse will be to act as the person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required, and carrying out all instructions on their behalf. You will ensure high standards of care are consistently provided to all residents.
Other responsibilities will include:

Undertaking nursing tasks, including the distribution of medication, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding, and the management of chronic medical conditions.

Advising families and GPs of any changes in a resident’s condition that may cause concern, keeping them informed and involved in decisions regarding ongoing care.

Ensuring effective deployment and supervision of staff within the care team, making sure all tasks are completed during each shift and that residents receive the required level of care.

Providing high standards of care through accurate assessment, planning, and delivery of personalised care.
About You

Our ideal candidate must:

Hold a First Level qualification and current NMC registration.

Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience and up-to-date knowledge of care, supported by relevant post-basic studies or qualifications.

Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to instruct and guide others in care activities.

Possess sound knowledge of care planning and its practical application.
