This is your opportunity to help the Trust to deliver this exciting new model of care, and we are looking for individuals who are ready for a new challenge to help us safely develop and deliver our model.

The Virtual Ward Nurse will work as part of the Virtual Ward team. You will be accountable and responsible for the standards of care provided within the Virtual Ward and for providing direct patient care, assessment and be able to demonstrate specialist knowledge and act as a resource and role model for the clinical team.

Please be aware this role involves working cross-site between Ipswich and Colchester Hospital.
