About the Job:
As Project Manager, you will oversee projects from planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in managing teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and coordinate all aspects of assigned construction projects.
- Prepare and monitor project programs, budgets, and resource plans.Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and supplier
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Identify and manage risks, troubleshoot issues, and report progress to senior management.
- Maintain quality assurance throughout all stages of the project.
About You
- Previous experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management, and contract administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore).
- Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline.
