About the Job:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Westmorland Renal Centre. We offer haemodialysis, home therapy and outpatient clinics to our renal patients.
We are looking for caring, enthusiastic and motivated individuals with a “can do attitude” Good communication, interpersonal and team working skills are essential along with the ability to work flexible shift patterns.
Training opportunities and staff support will be available for continuous professional development.

Main duties of the job
We require the individual to be forward-thinking and wellorganised in the delivery of patient care and treatment. You will play a vital role in the care of our patients, helping with their day-to-day needs, through the provision of help with personal care,meals and mobility, as well as performing clinical checks such as skin integrity, monitoring fluid and nutrition intake.
In addition to the development of clinical skills, training and support will be given. You will be fully supported by colleagues who are committed to teaching and nurturing. The successful candidate will join our team and deliver a wide range of roles and assist with clinical procedures.We are looking for a candidate with a good set of interpersonal skills who will fit well into our existing team.
