About the Job:
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will support the clinical team in delivering high-quality patient care across a range of services within the practice. Duties will include phlebotomy, NHS health checks, blood pressure monitoring, ECGs, wound care and dressings, new patient health assessments, and supporting patients with long-term conditions.
You will work closely with GPs, nurses and other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive safe, effective and compassionate care. The role also involves maintaining accurate clinical records, managing clinical stock and equipment, and supporting infection prevention and control procedures.
This is a varied and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with patients and contribute to the health and wellbeing of the local community.
