About the Job:
Although experience and qualifications in care are desirable they are not essential. We are looking for dedicated, enthusiastic individuals who want to help Team Countess provide Safe, Kind and effective care.
Training and opportunities to develop further in the healthcare field will be provided to successful applicants. With support from the Trust and Wirral Metropolitan College, all successful candidates will have the opportunity to enrol and successfully complete National Vocational Qualification Courses (NVQ`s) level 2/3 in Health and Social Care.
To gain an invite to the interview, we really want to know about you as an individual. Your supporting statement on your application is important as excellent communication skills are essential to the role.
