About the Job:
As Executive Housekeeper, you’ll be the guardian of our hotel’s first impression. You’ll lead with pride, manage with precision, and inspire your team to deliver flawless standards across rooms, suites, and public spaces.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee all housekeeping operations, including rooms, public areas, laundry, and back-of-house.
- Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team of supervisors, attendants, and porters.
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage departmental budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships.
- Collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, and F&B to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Drive sustainability, safety, and innovation across all housekeeping practices.

- Proven experience in a senior housekeeping role within a luxury or lifestyle hotel.
- Exceptional organisational and leadership skills.
