About the Job:
What You’ll Do
- Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model reasoning in your domain.
- Develop annotation standards, evaluation frameworks, and high-rigor rubrics for clinical reasoning.
- Design challenging, domain-relevant tasks and write gold-standard solutions.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs, providing structured feedback to ensure medical accuracy.
- Collaborate with peers across disciplines to maintain consistency and depth in training data.
Qualifications
- Location: Based in the US
- Education: MD or DO from a reputable institution
- Experience: 5+ years of post-training clinical practice in one of the listed frontier specialties (top-tier institution preferred)
- Sub-speciality Research: Currently a leader in your sub-area, or actively furthering research in your domain to where little in the world can speak to your progress
What We Offer
- Pay range: $150–$500/hr (based on specialty and experience)
- Role length: Long-term (6–12 months)
- Structure: W2 employment with flexible, remote work
- Commitment: ~10–40 hrs/week; 2–5 calibration calls with research teams weekly
