Requirements
- Ability to work rotational shifts (including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach
- Friendly, professional, and confident in communication
- Experienced in customer service (call centre or online support) – both calls and live chat
- Comfortable using digital tools and CRM platforms
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Passionate about football and gaming (a bonus, not a must!)
