About the Job:
- Provide and support patients as necessary with delivering both personal and clinical care activities relevant to training.
- Maintain accurate records of the patient’s care, documenting as appropriate on the Electronic Patient Record (Cerner) in line with Trust, professional and departmental guidelines.
- Observe patients and reports any changes to a Registered professional for review.
- Report any abnormal findings directly to the registered professional in charge or doctor.
- Undertake a range of basic housekeeping, stock control and administrative duties within the clinical environment.
