About the Job:
The post holder will work as part of a team to provide safe, effective and high quality care for our service users.

As part of the Gate 44 team you will be focused on excellent patient care by assessing, implementing and evaluating care from the point of admission to discharge.
You will be a team player but also someone who can work independently and work well under pressure. You must have excellent communication and organisational skills and be motivated with a willingness to learn and grow in your skills and knowledge.
Full access to a training package and development opportunities will be given.
