About the Job:
We are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse who has worked in General Practice. The successful applicant will hold current NMC registration. We are looking for a nurse who is enthusiastic, organised, and is confident to work unsupervised. An enhanced DBS check will be required for this post. The post is not open to candidates from outside the UK as we are not able to offer visa sponsorship.
The successful applicant may be at times asked to cover for colleagues annual leave and other absences. Duties will include; Home visits Cervical screening Asthma COPD Diabetes Management Baby/Childhood immunisations Other Vaccinations Travel vaccinations/advice Wound care Vaccine ordering and management Stock management Attend and participate in training and meetings as required
