About the Job:
As our new Healthcare Assistant, your responsibilities will vary. Some of your duties will include:
- Support the full patient journey, from entry to discharge
- Support the nursing and pharmacy teams within primary care health centres, as well as aon wings and blocks
- Provide outstanding quality based care to all patients
- Deliver personalised, non judgemental care, based on patient feedback
- Contribute to, and implement care packages, assist with health promotion, wellbeing and clinics
